bullet PAYMENT
All registration fees are quoted in US dollars (USD) and Korean Won (KRW). Payment in any other currencies will not be accepted.
Registration will be honored only after full payment has been made.
Confirmation letter will be sent within three weeks upon clearance of payment.
Receipts will be provided at the on-site registration desk.

Accepted credit cards include VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and JCB.

Please note that if your credit card is declined or invalid, alternate means of payment must be used to remit fees.

Transfer

Registrants are responsible for all additional bank charges which may occur upon the transfer.

In order to receive the discounted rates, registrants MUST complete the desired registration payment by the corresponding deadline.

The name of the registrant should be clearly stated in the bank transfer. (Same name inserted upon sign-up)

If the sender’s name is different from the registrant’s, please send a copy of the bank remittance receipt to the secretariat by e-mail(register@8th-isps.org ) .

bullet CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat.
Any bank charges which may incur from the process will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The cancellation form is available online. Please refer to the following deadlines for cancellation
Before and including July. 31, 2016 Full refund
From Aug. 1 to Sep. 30, 2016 50% of registration fee will be refunded
From Oct. 1, 2016 No refund

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person before Oct. 1, 2016 without incurring a penalty. The secretariat must be advised of any alterations or transfers in writing
Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend the symposium without any prior notice of cancellation.
For any cancellations, an administration fee of USD 50 will be deducted from the paid amount
For administrative reasons, all refunds will be made after 8th ISPS ends.
All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9).
Any abstracts submitted will be deleted once the registration cancellation is finalized.
bullet INVITATION LETTER
The organizing committee will be happy to send official Invitation Letters to registered participants who have completed the payment, upon request.
It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential attendees raise funds or obtain visas.
Please note that the letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support.
